Caprotti Black 5 (Roller Bearing Locos)

This model makes the Caprotti valve gear versions of the versatile LMS Black 5 numbered in the 44748 – 44757 series.  This kit includes both single and double chimneys.

The kit includes resin firebox, saddle, cylinders and camboxes. Loco frames are nickel silver with brass superstructure including a pre-rolled boiler. Castings are a mixture of lost wax brass and nickel silver, whitemetal and 3D prints.

Supplied with a part-welded tender with roller bearing axleboxes.
